Trout Fee for ALL Ages!
Iowa's trout fee is unique: everyone fishing trout waters must pay it, regardless of age or exemption. Even anglers under 16 who don't need a fishing license still need the $14.50 trout fee.
Senior Lifetime — Great Value
At $61.50, the senior lifetime fishing license pays for itself in just ~3 years of annual licenses ($22/year). Add the lifetime trout fee ($65) for total lifetime access at $126.50.
