The Gulf Reef Fish Endorsement
If you are heading offshore targeting species like Red Snapper, Gag Grouper, or Triggerfish, EVERY angler aged 16 or older (including non-residents) must add the $10.00 Gulf Reef Endorsement to their cart.
Wildlife Heritage License
This is a $13.30 residential pass that bridges the gap. It allows simple "hook-and-line" fishing from the bank of public waters, and fishing in DCNR-owned Public Fishing Lakes (though daily lake fees still apply). It does NOT cover fishing from a boat.
